Controller 6800

The solar tracker control box developed by our company automatically calculates the azimuth and altitude angles of the sun's motion trajectory and location point at any moment according to the local longitude, latitude and time. In the tracking stage, the system automatically issues commands according to the tracking range and controls the operation of electric actuators to adjust the tracking angle every once in a while so that the PV modules are always aligned with the current position of the sun. In bad weather conditions, the communication system of the upper computer tells the control system that there is windy weather and sends a command to the control system to push the motor and bracket to make corresponding actions to avoid bad weather. In the non-tracking stage when the sun height angle is low, the system enters the anti-shadow tracking stage to avoid the shadow blocking of the bracket. The whole control process is fully automatic, no need for human intervention. The controller can be equipped with other transmission mechanisms such as electric actuator or rotary reducer.
