Hongba Mechanical & Electrical’s 2025 Annual Light and Shadow Report: Are you satisfied with this performance report?
Release Time:
2025-12-08
As of early December, from the westernmost edge of Eurasia to the plains of Brazil, from North American farms to the vast deserts of the Middle East, Hongba Electromechanical’s actuator products have landed in 52 countries and quietly embedded into the critical motion nodes of 284,448 pieces of equipment. Domestically, from the Northeast Plain to Lingnan region, from Kashgar, Xinjiang to Pudong, Shanghai, the factories, fields, and ports across 33 provincial administrative regions have all borne the imprint of Hongba’s drive systems. Abroad, countless landmarks have been illuminated one by one.

Meanwhile, since 2025, HB industrial actuators have empowered scenarios that have long transcended traditional boundaries—redefining over 70 specialized fields.
In operating rooms, they assist hospital beds in smooth elevation;
in the deep blue sea, they drive the deployment arms of marine cleaning vessels through waves;
in boundless wheat fields, they support combine harvesters’ track tension systems against uneven loads and mud;
in photovoltaic power stations, they enable solar panels to follow the sun with millimeter precision;
and in AGV carts, landscaping machinery, special sanitation vehicles, engineering equipment...
Next, let’s review Hongba Electromechanical’s annual performance for 2025:
[Northernmost Point: Latitude 47°]
In the endless wheat fields of eastern Russia, near Rostov-on-Don, F Company’s combine harvesters are continuously working. Contrary to the seemingly bold and rugged harvesting operations, these machines operate with almost obsessive precision to ensure a successful autumn harvest. To handle complex conditions, the internal structure of the harvester must be highly precise. Take the track tension mechanism as an example—it contains four rods distributed at both ends of the rear chassis beam. Common operating conditions include uneven loading, unsynchronized movement, dust, and mudwater intrusion. The rods installed on F Company’s harvesters are part of Hongba’s application in a Russian agricultural machinery project. Three models—830G, 820, and 806—covering heavy and light-duty requirements work together, meeting 47 different differentiated specifications through design, manufacturing, and installation to handle various complex scenarios.

To prevent mud and dust ingress, designers carefully considered dynamic sealing performance between inner and outer tubes: a dust seal ring is placed at the outermost end, followed by a high-performance engineering material dust seal ring designed for extreme environments, and two rubber oil seals internally, ensuring reliable operation under high humidity, paddy field conditions, and sand-dust invasion. Besides sealing, to guarantee long-term reliability under muddy, humid, highly vibrational, and frequently impact-loaded field conditions, Hongba’s products must achieve multiple extreme performances in structural strength, wear resistance, and fatigue resistance. Such high customization requires precise coordination across design and production—all directions Hongba is committed to.

Meanwhile, 7,000 kilometers away from Rostov, on the Pacific coast in city R, southern Korea, an environmental campaign for future generations continues. On S Group’s garbage collection vessel, HB’s 806 rod is used to control the deployment of side debris barriers and gathering arms. During the process of extending the gathering arm from its stowed position to the water surface, seawater corrosion can degrade durability.

The 806 rod, with its aluminum alloy body and corrosion-resistant zinc-nickel-plated connection ends (passing 720-hour neutral salt spray tests on upper and lower covers), along with a maximum no-load speed of 80mm/s, enhances the efficiency of the collection device under high-salinity conditions. Clean oceans have the busy presence of HB rods.
[Brightest Spot: Where Golden Eagles Soar]
Tianshan 100MW Tower-type CSP Project Beyond industrial manufacturing, HB Motion has also achieved outstanding results in the PV and CSP sectors. Deep within the Gobi Desert on the northern slope of Tianshan Mountains, at altitudes between 600–800 meters, a vast and silent plain is being awakened by sunlight. Here, average annual precipitation is less than 24 mm, while evaporation reaches up to 4,200 mm. Diurnal temperature variation exceeds 28°C, with sandstorms occurring more than five times per year. Extreme temperatures range from -33.9°C to 45.1°C. Winds howl from the northwest, with over 80 windy days annually. This is also the realm where eagles soar—the human battlefield for harnessing solar energy. In this land plagued by extreme climates—high/low temperatures, high altitude, intense UV radiation, strong winds, sandstorms, condensation, frost, and corrosion—over 14,000 units of 817T electric linear rods precisely drive heliostat arrays to silently rotate, focusing every ray of sunlight onto the central receiver tower. They are the fingertips and nerve endings of the entire CSP plant, yet they persist in starting at -30°C frosty mornings, running continuously during midday heat nearing 45°C, maintaining sealing at 100% humidity, and standing firm in C3-level corrosive environments with a 25-year lifespan commitment. To meet these extreme CSP conditions, the 817T rod completed 21 rigorous tests, including whole-unit waterproofing and dustproofing, high dynamic force impact, self-locking reliability, and intermittent tracking positioning accuracy. These are the paths it has walked.
Perhaps the warmth we enjoy in winter does not come directly from climate gifts, but from the accumulated thermal energy of over 14,000 precise reciprocations. This is the steel of 817T resisting time on the desert plateau—a resilient assistance faithfully chasing the sun.

In Kazakh legend, the golden eagle is the only bird capable of gazing directly at the sun without being burned. Whether hunting or flying, the golden eagle is always the ultimate hunter in the blue sky. Like 817T, beneath the Tianshan Mountains, it forever chases the sun, harvesting energy, never ceasing.
Beyond the Tianshan project, Hongba’s ecosystem provided drive products for over 550MW of installed capacity projects throughout 2025; estimated annual power generation: 880 million kWh; CO₂ reduction: 5.11 million tons/year. [Annual power generation (kWh) = Installed capacity (kW) × Annual equivalent full-load hours (h); CO₂ reduction (kg) = Annual power generation (kWh) × Grid emission factor (kg CO₂/kWh)]

Is HB Motion 2025 annual report satisfactory? In 2026, Hongba will continue to cultivate, cross oceans, chase light… transforming every Newton of force into productivity, moving steadily forward with the world.
